As a Site Superintendent, you will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are executed with precision and safety. As a Site Superintendent, you'll oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage all aspects of the site, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct all activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to keep the project on track. Oversee scheduling and report project progress to the management team. Monitor and enforce safety standards on the construction site, conducting regular inspections and safety briefings. Prepare daily progress reports and address any on-site challenges or conflicts. Supervise and mentor site staff and subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards. Ensure proper materials and resources are available for each phase of construction. Qualifications 5 or more years of experience as a site superintendent with specific within restaurant & retail projects. Familiarity with commercial construction processes and safety regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Expert in construction safety. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team to meet deadlines. Experience managing subcontractor schedules and coordinating labor and materials on-site. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address on-site issues. Pay & Benefits Full-time, permanent position Pay: CA$85,000 - CA$100,000 per year, based on experience.
