Are you an experienced administrative professional with a legal background? Apply Now! Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Legal Operations Officer. This position offers an excellent opportunity to support core legal and corporate administrative work within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, primarily focused on the Canadian real estate strategy. The role involves collaborating with external law firms, asset managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless legal and corporate maintenance operations. Pay rate range (CAD):17.60/hr-$24.74/hr Responsibilities Support corporate and legal administrative tasks across the Private Markets teams, focusing on Canadian real estate transactions. Coordinate with external law firms, asset managers, and internal stakeholders on legal and governance matters. Assist in executing corporate maintenance documents and transaction-related paperwork including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Manage and organize files with a systematic follow-up process to ensure accuracy and completeness. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner. Maintain compliance and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Participate in team meetings and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ensure adherence to SLAs, accuracy standards, and quality control measures. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency. Desired Skill-Set Proven legal knowledge, including familiarity with business and legal terminology. 2 to 4 years of strong administrative experience, preferably in a legal or corporate environment. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Positive attitude and flexibility consistent with daily responsibilities. Nice to Have Notary Public appointment. Experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
