Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Business Consultant-Digital Assets-Blockchain & Tokenzation. This position involves guiding the exploration and development of digital asset solutions, including blockchain, tokenization, and cryptocurrencies. The candidate will engage with senior stakeholders across banking domains to understand use cases and help shape future digital asset strategies. Pay rate range (CAD): $75.00/hr – $77.00/hr Responsibilities Engage with senior stakeholders to gather and understand business needs and use cases related to digital assets. Facilitate and lead discussions on potential applications of blockchain, tokenization, and cryptocurrencies within the bank. Document detailed business requirements, use cases, and future state concepts for digital assets initiatives. Assist in conceptualizing innovative solutions leveraging digital assets to enhance banking processes. Support the development of business cases, process flows, and low-level requirements as project scope evolves. Collaborate with technical teams on the translation of business requirements into technical specifications. Contribute to the creation of business analysis deliverables such as BRDs, user stories, and process documentation. Work in an ambiguous environment, adapting to evolving priorities and stakeholder needs. Lead and facilitate discussions to clarify project goals and ensure alignment across teams. Support the initiative from discovery through to potential implementation, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and strategic vision. Desired Skill-Set 10+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting within financial services or relevant industry. Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and tokenization. Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and leading strategic conversations. Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. Ability to operate confidently in ambiguous and evolving environments. Experience with business use case development and requirements documentation. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus. Nice to Have Hands-on experience with blockchain or tokenization projects. Prior work within a major bank or financial institution. Knowledge of digital payment systems and fintech solutions. Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. Prior exposure to defining or supporting innovative banking initiatives related to digital assets.
