Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Hire food service staff. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Manage kitchen operations. Establish work schedules and procedures. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervise food service operations. Implement programs on optimum inventory levels. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
