Experienced Floral Designer *Beaudry Flowers* is looking for an experienced *Floral Designer* to join our team! We are seeking a friendly, hard-working, and creative individual with a passion for flowers, plants, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is available to work *4?5 days per week*, including *weekends*. This position includes a *3-month probationary period*. We are looking for a designer who can adapt to the Beaudry Flowers aesthetic while contributing their own creativity and attention to detail. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Design high-quality fresh and silk floral arrangements, hand-tied bouquets, sympathy pieces, wreaths, corsages, and event florals. * Work with clients to create florals for weddings, funerals, celebrations, and special events. * Process, condition, and care for a wide variety of fresh flowers and foliage. * Maintain the freshness of flowers and plants through proper care and watering. * Keep the shop clean, organized, and create attractive retail displays. * Assist customers with flower selection and provide care instructions. * Answer telephones, process orders (including FTD wire orders), wrap arrangements, and provide excellent customer service. * Work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications * *5+ years of professional floral design experience preferred.* * Strong floral design skills with excellent attention to detail. * Ability to work within the Beaudry Flowers style while being adaptable to a variety of design requests. * Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. * Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable lifting up to *20 lbs* (buckets of water, flower boxes, etc.). * Computer experience required; *FTD/Mercury experience is an asset.* * Retail experience is an asset. * English is essential. French is not required.
