Key Responsibilities Business Development : Actively develop new business opportunities through prospecting (cold calls, client visits, and networking). Attend industry and networking events (e.g., MBOT, Transport Toronto Club, BNI) and represent the company in the market. Identify client needs and propose tailored recruitment and workforce solutions. Present services, negotiate agreements, and close new business deals. Maintain consistent follow-ups and build long-term client relationships. Client & Opportunity Management : Use CRM tools to track and document all client interactions and activities. Quickly follow up on inbound leads to maximize conversion into qualified opportunities. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets. Ensure a smooth handoff of new clients to the recruitment and operations teams. Internal Collaboration : Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. Participate in internal discussions regarding pricing strategies and service offerings. Share updates and insights with the team to support overall business growth. Perform any other related tasks. Proven success in prospecting, pipeline management, and account development. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Ability to clearly position and sell service offerings. Highly autonomous, proactive, and results-driven. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Good understanding of the Toronto market. Strong networking skills with the ability to represent the company externally. Salary: Starting at 80,000$ per year + bonus Schedule: Day Shift Status: Permanent
