We went bankrupt and laid all our staff off with no notice and didn't pay them any severance pay. We then got bought by another retailer and are continuing to operate under the name Ben Moss, but we refuse to honor any "lifetime protection plans" bought from Ben Moss because we don't care about our staff OR our customers, just dollars.
