Your work will include: Completing comprehensive physiotherapy assessments Developing individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans Providing hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, education, and ongoing reassessment Supporting clients through recovery, performance goals, and long-term condition management Building strong, lasting therapeutic relationships Collaborating with physiotherapists and other members of our multidisciplinary team Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Contributing to a positive, supportive, and community-minded clinic culture Who we’re looking for: You may be a great fit if you: Are registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, or will be eligible for registration Believe in thoughtful, client-centred, one-on-one care Communicate warmly and clearly with clients and colleagues Are dependable, collaborative, and eager to continue learning Want to build meaningful professional relationships rather than work within a high-volume treatment model Are motivated to develop a full caseload and contribute to the continued growth of the clinic Bring an area of clinical interest or expertise or are excited to develop one Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, vestibular, concussion, sports, pelvic health, or complex rehabilitation is welcome but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and clinical support are available.
