LOCATION: Squamish, BC SHIFT DAYS: Monday - Friday SHIFT HOURS: 10:00am - 5:00pm Pay Rate: $20.91/ hourly Job Overview: * Clean offices, washrooms, kitchen, dining areas, halls, entrances/exits, reception areas and more * Ensure proper sanitation & disinfection procedures are followed * Replenish supplies as needed * Ensure garbage disposal in proper bins * Clean all dry & wet spills throughout facility as required * Maintain & secure storage areas, cleaning equipment & materials in an orderly manner * Report equipment repairs and stock shortages * Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs * Other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities: * Ability to use auto scrubbers, burnishers, carpet cleaning equipment & trucker pole * Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipment * Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System * Previous custodial experience an asset * Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 50lbs) Requirements: * Ability to pass Canadian Background Check BEST is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. The cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of offices, washrooms, and common areas. They must also manage supplies, handle waste disposal, and perform minor maintenance repairs as needed.

Candidates must be able to pass a Canadian background check and possess the physical ability to lift up to 50lbs. Previous custodial experience is considered an asset, along with knowledge of standard cleaning chemicals and equipment.
