DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Moving furniture Cleaning Ptacs Other projects asked by manager or supervisor Maintain & secure storage areas, cleaning equipment & materials in an orderly manner Report equipment repairs and stock shortages Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs Other duties as assigned SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System Ability to read & understand labels & instructions Previous custodial experience an asset excellent communication skills Comfortable using electronics REQUIREMENTS: Must be available to work weekends Ability to lift up to 50lbs Pressure washing experience Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check BEST is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. The employee is responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance, and miscellaneous tasks to ensure facilities are kept in a safe and sanitary condition. Duties include moving furniture, cleaning equipment, and reporting any necessary repairs or stock shortages.

Candidates must be available to work weekends and possess the physical ability to lift up to 50lbs. Previous custodial experience is considered an asset, and familiarity with standard cleaning chemicals and safety protocols is required.
