Job Description Job Responsibilities: * Support all phases of a project such as planning, execution and result monitoring * Coordinate project activity and facilitate staff and matrix partners’ meetings * Develop and maintain policies relating to department operations * Offer technical assistance to associates * Review project analysts’ work for accuracy and completeness * Lead initiatives and special assignments Job Summary The analyst operates under general or minimum supervision and performs duties with broad latitude for judgment. Incumbents independently perform business process and data analysis; document, recommend, and make process and configuration changes and perform strategic business analysis to support the organization. Successful analysts require an in-depth and broader understanding of problem identification, analysis and resolution.
