We are looking for a QA Tester (Manual) to join our Quality Assurance team and help ensure the quality, stability, and compliance of our online gaming platform and player-facing systems. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting test cases that validate key operational workflows — including account management, payments, promotions, and player journeys. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Development, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless, reliable, and compliant user experience. This position is ideal for someone with solid manual testing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and regulated environment, and who takes ownership of test quality and process improvements. Vacancy Status: New Responsibilities: Design, execute, and maintain detailed manual test cases for web and mobile betting applications. Validate business-critical workflows such as registration, payments, bonuses, and game integrations. Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing across multiple environments. Log, track, and verify defects in Jira or other bug-tracking tools, ensuring clear documentation and traceability. Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Compliance teams in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups. Support release validation and deployment testing across staging and production environments. Ensure all QA activities adhere to regulatory and responsible gaming standards. Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives to strengthen coverage, efficiency, and reporting. Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of manual QA testing experience (web and/or mobile platforms). Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices. Experience writing and maintaining test cases, test plans, and regression suites. Proficiency with Jira, TestRail, or similar QA/test management tools. Exposure to payment systems, KYC, CRM tools, or transactional testing is a plus. Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation is an asset. Familiarity with API testing (Postman or similar) preferred. Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other regulated online platforms is highly desirable. Willingness to learn automation or QA scripting concepts is an advantage Detail-oriented, analytical, and methodical in your testing approach. Comfortable working independently and within Agile cross-functional teams. Able to document findings clearly and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
