Job Title: Lead Inquiries Officer Employment Type: Contract Duration: 1 Year Location: Toronto Rate: Open The number of hours/week is 18, six hours/day (during standard hours), three days/week, including one day/week in-office. Must haves: 8+ years of progressive experience in regulatory enforcement, fraud investigations, financial services, policing, law, or a related contact-centre environment Strong knowledge of regulatory/compliance processes, preferably involving fraud or securities matters Strong research, analytical, problem-solving and investigative abilities Ability to clearly explain complex legal and policy concepts to investors Experience with a regulatory agency or police service involving white-collar crime/fraud is highly desirable Nice to Have Degree/diploma in Law, Policing or a related discipline Legal administration experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience French bilingual proficiency Canadian Securities Course or other securities-industry education Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
