Project Manager

Job Role: Project Manager (Technology & Business Transformation) Location: Waterloo, ON/Hybrid Position Type: Full Time Role This is a hybrid role. Candidate must have to work in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. Rate: $70/hour (or equivalent salary target of approximately $115,000) Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and execution of detailed integrated project plans across multiple technology and business delivery streams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing complex technology implementations and business transformation initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role requires a highly organized professional with exceptional planning capabilities who can effectively manage complex dependencies, drive project execution, and ensure successful delivery in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience leading technology implementations and business transformation initiatives. Strong experience creating and managing detailed integrated project plans in complex environments. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, interdependencies, and competing priorities. Experience delivering projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional business and technology teams. Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities. Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, or regulated industries. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification.
