Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare) | Remote | 2-Year Contract Location: Remote (Canada) with occasional travel to New Brunswick Duration: 2-Year Contract + Two (1-Year) Extension Options Start Date: August 2026 (or earlier if available) About the Opportunity Seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to support a major healthcare transformation initiative focused on implementing a province-wide Clinical Information System (CIS). Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and documentation activities. Facilitate workshops and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. Analyze current-state workflows and perform gap assessments. Document business processes, use cases, workflows, and functional requirements. Identify impacted applications, interfaces, and system dependencies. Support CIS implementation readiness, technical assessments, and solution design activities. Work closely with healthcare teams, vendors, project managers, and technical resources. Assist with downstream application analysis, integrations, data exchange requirements, and workflow impacts. Support governance reporting, risk management, and project coordination activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related discipline. 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting large-scale healthcare and/or government transformation initiatives. 3+ years working directly with clinical stakeholders, including physicians, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, diagnostic imaging, and operational leadership teams. Clinical Information System (CIS) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation experience. Healthcare application integration and downstream system analysis. Experience supporting Laboratory, Pharmacy, Diagnostic Imaging, Registration, Scheduling, or Nursing applications. Previous experience within healthcare organizations or government healthcare environments. CBAP, PMP, CSM, or similar industry certifications. Bilingual (English/French) communication skills are considered a strong asset.

Lead requirements gathering and analysis to support the implementation of a province-wide Clinical Information System. Collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders to document workflows, perform gap assessments, and ensure system readiness.

Requires a bachelor's degree and over 5 years of business analysis experience in large-scale healthcare or government transformations. Must have direct experience with CIS/EHR implementations and working with clinical stakeholders.
