RQ00770 - Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior Duration: Start Date 2026-09-21 End Date 2027-03-27 Location: Toronto Domain: Digital Excellence in Health Salary: $90-$98 per hour (based on experience) Assignment Type - Hybrid (as per manager discretion) Location: 2 days/week onsite at manager's discretion Must Haves: 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, including front-end (UI) and back-end (API and database) technologies. 5+ years of hands-on development experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, JavaScript, and SQL. 5+ years of experience building and supporting solutions within Microsoft Azure, including services such as Azure Functions and Service Bus. 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Azure DevOps throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Public Sector Experience: Considered a strong asset. Rated Criteria: Strong experience developing in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript, SQL - 30 points Strong experience building REST APIs, Microservices and event driven systems. - 20 points Strong experience developing within Microsoft Azure (Functions & Message Bus Services) - 20 points Strong experience in Web Development (front-end UI), working with CSS Processors, JavaScript frameworks. - 20 points Strong experience developing within an Agile team using Azure DevOps SDLC. - 10 points Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria. All AI generated results are vetted by our team and the decision of which candidates move forward is always made by a human
