Who You Are & What You'll Do We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) with expertise in Eating Disorders with experience working with children/youth. You are passionate about helping clients heal their relationship with food, body, and self. This role is hybrid based out of any of our Mississauga or Hamilton location. Some on-site availability is required. This role is open to full-time or part-time. 4+ years experience treating eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating, or disordered eating behaviors) using CBT-E, DBT for Eating Disorders, or similar specialized approaches Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team including dietitians, psychologists, and other therapists to develop and execute integrated treatment plans Participate in case consultations, peer supervision, and team rounds to ensure quality and continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Contribute to program development, community outreach, or specialized group programming based on your interests and expertise. What You Bring Fully registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW). Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and team collaboration skills Commitment to client-centered care and ongoing professional growth Comfortable treating clients under the age of 16 FBT training Bonus points if you: Have experience in higher-level-of-care settings or transition work (inpatient to outpatient).
