Our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, and allied health professionals provides integrated care for children, youth, adults, couples, and families. Every marketing campaign, website page, social media post, and client resource we create helps someone take the first step toward getting the support they need. We’re looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Coordinator & Content Creator who’s early in their marketing career and excited to learn. This is an opportunity to work and gain exposure to different areas of marketing, including content creation, social media, SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, partnerships, and campaign management. What You’ll Do As part of BeWell’s Marketing Team, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with clinical, operations, and business development teams to execute marketing initiatives that support the growth of our organization. You’ll gain experience across multiple areas of marketing, including: Content Marketing: Create and maintain engaging content for client resources, sales materials, social media, blogs, newsletters, referral packages, website pages, and other marketing assets. Campaign Management: Coordinate marketing assets and support the execution of new program launches, awareness campaigns, events, and seasonal initiatives. Social Media Marketing: Create content and help grow BeWell’s presence across social media platforms while monitoring engagement and performance. Email Marketing: Assist with email campaigns, lead nurturing, client communications, newsletters, and retention initiatives. Partnership Marketing: Develop educational resources, presentations, brochures, and referral materials for healthcare partners and community events. Digital Marketing: Support paid advertising campaigns, research new growth opportunities, and assist with marketing performance optimization. SEO & Website Marketing: Help maintain website content, publish blogs, and support SEO initiatives that improve search visibility and lead generation. Brand & Client Experience: Strengthen BeWell’s reputation through client success stories, branded marketing materials, and consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Marketing Operations: Collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations while supporting cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth. What We’re Looking For This role is ideal for someone who’s early in their marketing career and eager to build a broad foundation across multiple marketing disciplines. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, expand your skills, and continuously learn in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. We’re looking for someone who is: A recent graduate (or has 1–3 years of experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. An excellent writer with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Curious about digital marketing and excited to learn new platforms, strategies, and technologies. Comfortable creating content across multiple channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing. Familiar with tools such as Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms. Knowledgeable in the fundamentals of email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Collaborative, proactive, and excited to work with teams across marketing, operations, and business development. Ability to travel between BeWell locations and attend community events as needed. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a long-term career in marketing while making a meaningful impact in healthcare. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $47,000-$54,000 CAD annually based on experience. This is an entry-level role.
