Résumé du poste

Your Mission Join us as a Technical Project Manager and embark on a heroic mission to revolutionize sleep with the Bía Smart Sleep Mask. Your mission will be turning our product vision into buildable work, keeping every work stream advancing in step, and owning quality from acceptance criteria through to release. About Bía At Bía, our mission is to master sleep. The Bía Smart Sleep Mask is a mobile sleep lab, that measures, improves and optimizes your sleep every second throughout the night. Our Core Values We live these Values consistently through routines and policies Bía Champion of Determination: We are fearless contenders. We believe in hard work and perseverance on our journey to achieving the impossible. Embrace your hunger for progress. Indulge in your thirst for solutions. No matter what you do, don’t stop until you get there. Bía Hero for Humanity: We are advocates for the betterment of humankind. This value is meant to remind us that there are things bigger than ourselves and that we need to do our part in it. We use this value to keep our egos in check and focus on what matters. Bía Pursuer of Passion: We are people with purpose. We believe pursuing our passions is more than a nice-to-have, it’s a requirement to quality of life. Do what you love, reach for the stars, and change the world. We know where we’re going, and we’re excited to get there. Bía Master of Gratitude: We believe in acknowledging the gifts in others and ourselves, and using it as a guiding light forward. We focus on the path forward that leads to the greatest good. Bía Curator of Knowledge: We’re lifelong learners. We continue to grow through dedication and hard work while prioritizing speed and perseverance to achieve the impossible. What It's Like Working Here We are a purpose-driven team, passionate about improving the quality of life for every single person on the planet. During your remote, 4-day workweek, we will give you everything you need to be 100% successful. You will never contribute more to a mission than here. To finish the week, you get a full extra day off to recoup, relax, and live life your way. We also regularly meet up throughout the year for all-expenses paid, global team-building get-togethers. You will travel the globe on our dime. Everyone on the team is proactive and hungry to build something meaningful. We hire people that need to be slowed down and encouraged to take vacation, rather than people who always need encouragement to speed up. We manage by giving you deeply specific objectives, 100% clarity on your role, clear visibility of your impact, and uncompromising standards. We believe you cannot truly reward excellence if you accept mediocrity. Because we invest so heavily in setting our team up for success, we expect a high level of personal pride and ownership in return. If you aren't passionate about your work, this won't be the right fit. However, if you are tired of being the one to set the pace, tired of watching people coast, and want to work with a team that fiercely protects its high-performance culture, working at Bía will be refreshing.
