Our Big Brothers Community Program pairs you with a Little Buddy in your community based on personality and shared interests to build a supportive one-to-one relationship based on trust, connection, and fun! Our matches spend two or more hours once per week doing free or low- cost activities they enjoy most and are paired for a minimum of one year. Our Big Brothers Are Male, trans, and gender diverse individuals who are 18+. Reliable, consistent, dedicated and respectful of others. Able to meet weekly for 2 or more hours with a Mentee on weekends or afterschool. Our Little Brothers Are Boys, trans, and gender-diverse children and youth ages 7 to 14. Those who would benefit from having a positive role model in their life. SURREY, NOW IS THE TIME TO VOLUNTEER! SOME OF OUR LITTLES HAVE BEEN WAITING 2+ YEARS FOR THEIR BIG BROTHER. Locations all across Greater Vancouver Surrey (Newton, Cloverdale, Fleetwood, Guildford, Clayton, Whalley, South Surrey), White Rock, Delta, Richmond, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby and Vancouver Benefits Opportunities for free tickets or admission vouchers to Big Brothers matches.
