Our center provides a high-quality, play-based learning environment for children aged *1 2 months to 5 years*, emphasizing holistic development-social, emotional, cognitive, and physical. The successful candidates will design and implement engaging programs, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and collaborate closely with families and colleagues to support each child?s growth and well-being. This is an excellent opportunity for educators committed to excellence in early childhood education and professional growth. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards * Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development * Use effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues * Manage classroom behavior using appropriate leadership and organizational skills * Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning activities that support children's development. * Assist with daily routines, including diapering, toileting, feeding, meal preparation, and rest periods. * Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements. * Observe and document children's development and communicate effectively with families. * *Experience:*Prior experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred * Classroom experience with early childhood education is essential * Strong communication, writing, time management, leadership, and organizational skills are required to succeed in this roleThis position offers an enriching opportunity to contribute meaningfully to early childhood development while working in a supportive educational environment. *Qualifications* * Valid *Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification* and registered with the ECE Registry * Current *First Aid and CPR certification* * Clear *criminal record check* * Minimum *3 professional references* * Previous *childcare or early childhood education experience* * 1 year experience required Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Vision care Work Location: In person Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Work Location: In person
