As the first point of contact, you will assist consumers and organizations by assessing inquiries, determining whether complaints fall within our client's mandate, and preparing cases for investigation. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for consumers and organizations by phone and email. Assess complaints and determine whether they fall within our client's mandate. Gather information, prepare case summaries, and organize files for investigators. Explain complaint processes clearly and professionally. Communicate with consumers and organizations throughout the assessment process. Identify cases requiring priority handling and escalate systemic concerns when appropriate. Support internal projects, training initiatives, and French translation activities. What We're Looking For Bilingual in French and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Customer service experience with strong conflict resolution and relationship-building abilities. Exposure to banking, insurance, investments, or other financial services is considered an asset. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Professional, empathetic, and diplomatic communication style. Sound judgment, integrity, and a commitment to fairness.
