Bilton is hiring both Apprentices and Journeymen Instrumentation Technicians At Bilton, we manufacture custom energy equipment; from pressure vessels and line heaters to skid packages and process systems. Our products are built on performance, precision, and reliability. What You’ll Do • Complete installation, tubing, and leak testing for instrumentation and control systems. This includes bending and installing tubing for instrumentation systems, ensuring accurate routings and secure connections between process equipment. • Use hand and power tools to create precise bends while maintaining system integrity. • Work hands-on with pneumatic, electronic, and digital devices that control pressure, flow, level, and temperature. • Read and interpret P&IDs, and isometric tubing layouts to execute precise installations. • Support troubleshooting of control systems on high-performance industrial projects. Who We’re Looking For • Enrollment in or completion of an Alberta AIT-recognized Instrumentation & Control Technician Apprenticeship Program. • Experience or strong interest in industrial, fabrication, or energy systems. • Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to think through complex problems. • A team-first attitude and commitment to safety and quality.
