Body Repair Technician Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Collision Centre Manager. Job Summary Birchwood Collision Centre is hiring a Body Repair Technician to join the Team. Birchwood Body Repair Technicians Can Expect High volume shops with above-average hours for Technicians Employee benefits for all Full-Time employees, including gym subsidy, massage therapy, and Health Spending Account option Most manufacturer certifications in Manitoba ICAR GOLD class professionals The successful candidate will possess the willingness and ability to maintain current technical knowledge, the ability to estimate the time of service and repair needed, and diagnose and complete the required work right the first time. Diagnose and complete vehicle body repairs accurately and efficiently within a high-volume shop. Estimate the time required for services and maintain current technical knowledge to ensure quality work.

Must be a Licensed Red Seal Certified Technician with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
