Hail Consultant Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Hail Centre Manager. Job Summary The Hail Consultant plays an integral role in delivering the highest level of service during a customer’s experience with Birchwood Collision Centre. The successful candidate will have the ability to build rapport, communicate needed repairs and costs, and follow up with customers to ensure their overall satisfaction. The Hail Consultant will manage phone inquiries, customer walk-ins, and the completion of appropriate paperwork about hail repair orders. Candidates should have a post-secondary education in Business or a related field and a valid driver's license with a clean abstract. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft applications are required.
