Parts Consultant Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Parts Manager. Job Summary The Parts Consultant plays a key role in creating and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This professional is responsible for accurately tracking, stocking, and monitoring parts inventory, as well as assisting the technician in locating the parts needed for service. The parts consultant will also resolve discrepancies between computerized inventory and the physical inventory of parts, verify invoices, as well as work to meet customer's needs. This position is better suited for an individual with attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
