Refinish Technician, Apprentice General Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Manager, Birchwood Reconditioning Centre Summary Job Summary: The Apprentice Refinish Technician plays an integral role in assuring the completion of the collision repair process on all vehicles assigned to the Collision Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for masking, sanding, and protecting parts that are not to be painted or coated. Using industry-leading technology, the Apprentice Refinish Technician will produce test panels when needed to obtain industry acceptable color matching. This position is ideal for any level of Apprentice looking to grow with an organization while gaining valuable experience in the Collision Repair industry. The Apprentice Refinish Technician is responsible for masking, sanding, and protecting vehicle parts during the collision repair process. They also produce test panels to ensure industry-acceptable color matching using advanced technology.

Applicants must be at Apprentice level one or higher and possess prior spraying experience. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous professional development are required.
