The Special Finance Manager plays an integral role in Birchwood Credit achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction during the complete sales process. The Special Finance Manager will offer full transactional expertise on purchasing, finance options, vehicle protection products, and personal coverage relating to the ownership of the vehicle. The successful candidate will be energetic, conscientious and focused on providing a customer focused experience. The Special Finance Manager provides transactional expertise on purchasing, finance options, and vehicle protection products to ensure high customer satisfaction. They are responsible for managing the finance process and supporting the sales team to meet prioritized targets.

Candidates must have previous automotive experience, a valid 5F driver's license with a clear abstract, and a clean criminal record check. Proficiency in credit and personal financial knowledge is required along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
