Our programs place children at the centre of the learning environment. *Join Our Team* We are preparing for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and invite interested Toddler, Casa and Elementary Guides to submit their resume. *Key Responsibilities* · Provide a caring and nurturing atmosphere in the classroom and throughout the school · Plan and implement lesson plans · Manage and guide individual student behaviour · Maintain accurate records including long and short-term lesson plans, observations and student individual progress · Conduct parent teacher conferences and prepare written progress reports *Qualifications * · AMI or MACTE Montessori teacher training diploma · A minimum of 3 years classroom experience · Bachelor of education is an asset *Attributes * · Ability to work within a collaborative team environment · Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication · Reliability, with a high degree of personal integrity · Effective classroom management and organizational skills *Start Date*: September 2026 *Job Type: Full Time * *We Offer* · Competitive salary is commensurate with experience · Employer Sponsored Health, Dental, and RRSP Benefits.
