Résumé du poste

Director of Operations | E-Commerce & Supply Chain Oakville, ON | 5 Days On-Site Our client is a growing Canadian e-commerce company experiencing consistent year-over-year growth and entering an exciting phase of operational expansion. They are looking to add a hands-on, tech-forward Director of Operations to help stabilize, optimize, and scale their fulfillment and supply chain infrastructure. This is an opportunity for an operations leader who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on — someone who can lead a warehouse team in the morning, work through an ERP implementation in the afternoon, and use data and technology to continuously improve the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Canadian fulfillment team, driving KPIs, efficiency, safety, quality, and SOP development. Oversee inventory, logistics, freight, and distribution across Canadian, U.S., and Amazon FBA operations. Play a key role in the ERP/WMS implementation, improving systems, workflows, automation, and inventory visibility. Lead cross-functional operational improvement projects, managing timelines, resources, budgets, and measurable outcomes. Ideal Candidate 10+ years of progressive operations leadership within e-commerce, consumer goods, fulfillment, or multi-site distribution. Proven experience with ERP, WMS, or OMS implementations/migrations and a strong aptitude for technology and automation. Deep knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, freight, LTL/FTL, cross-border logistics, and Amazon FBA. A hands-on, data-driven process builder who is comfortable moving between the warehouse floor, systems implementation, and strategic initiatives. REF LI #1787
