Our Client A growing Canadian e-commerce company, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance operations and support continued business growth. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead the month-end close process, oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare financial reporting and analysis, and drive process improvements across the finance function. You will also mentor 2 junior team members and help strengthen financial controls and reporting accuracy. Location: Oakville, ON (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office Key Responsibilities Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes. Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and cash flow activities. Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management insights. Ensure compliance with tax, payroll, and statutory filing requirements. Maintain strong internal controls and support external audits. Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy. Mentor and support junior finance team members. Qualifications CPA designation required. 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset. REF LI #1765
