Wear plain clothes to work undercover, discreetly blending in with shoppers. Patrol store aisles, monitor customers, and watch security camera footage. Confront individuals you suspect of theft, who have unpaid merchandise. Escort trespassers out of the client premises. Perform arrests, detainments, and recover unpaid merchandise Complete required documentation for security incidents such as theft and violations. Escalate situation to law enforcement as required. Respond to emergency situations appropriately in a timely manner. The Ideal Candidate A Valid Ontario Security License Use of Force certificate preferred/willing to get one Experience with arrests and detaining shoplifting Previous security experience in a retail environment Strong communication skills, both written and spoken. Experience Undercover/LPO: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification Ontario Security License (required) Use of Force certification (preferred) Work Location: In person

Prevent retail theft by working undercover to monitor customers and security footage. Responsibilities include confronting shoplifters, performing arrests, and completing incident documentation.

Candidates must possess a valid Ontario Security License and have at least one year of undercover loss prevention experience. A Use of Force certificate is preferred.
