Team members collaborate to provide informed advice and local market insights, supporting clients through every stage of their real estate transactions. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area, with a mix of in-person and work-from-home responsibilities. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and cultivate client relationships, conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide clients through purchases, sales, and leases. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing contracts and documentation, performing market analyses and price evaluations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local neighborhoods and market trends. The role involves coordinating with lenders, inspectors, lawyers, and other professionals, as well as ensuring timely communication, follow-up, and high-quality customer service. The agent will also use online platforms and digital tools for marketing listings, managing leads, and maintaining organized records. Position is 100% commission. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices. Experience in Real Estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. Strong Customer Service skills, with an ability to build trust, listen actively, and advocate for client interests. Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals effectively and ethically. Comfort with digital tools, MLS systems, and online marketing platforms for property listings and client communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and solid organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends as needed), and collaborate with a team. Knowledge of the Greater Vancouver real estate market and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
