Hourly Rate: $23.55 Seasonal (December - March) Full Time (4-5 shifts a week) As the Supervisor, you’ll oversee the Rental, Valet, and Repair areas, leading the team of Attendants to ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience with their equipment. You’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team to keep operations running smoothly, making sure both guests and staff have a great time. If you’re organized, love working with people, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you! WHAT WILL I BE DOING? To provide a high-quality guest service, experience and presentation for the guest Perform opening and closing duties for the department. Motivate staff through example and leadership skills. Assist in on boarding and training of new attendants. Coach and performance manage staff throughout the season. Ensure all staff are adhering to proper procedures. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? 1 – 2 years previous supervisory experience an asset Must be a team player, customer service driven, friendly and outgoing. Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills. Past customer service experience.
