This is a growing company based in Fredericton that is looking for window cleaners to help complete projects. There is an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the business from a management level directly from the business owner throughout the year. * The position includes: * Full-time hours * Bonus incentives * Autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility/pay * Training and development will be provided as long as the candidate is coachable, hard-working and willing to learn. Trained to complete professional painting work for interior and exterior painting and staining Requirements: * Valid driver’s license * Access to a vehicle * High school diploma * Preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to do cleaning projects and will be a pro by the time summer ends! * Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly) * Strong communication skills * Coachable * Commitment to work from June - August Payment Structure: * We offer a base rate ranging from $18-21 /hour * High-performance bonuses available Responsibilities: * Responsible for the overall completion of projects. The Crew Chief is responsible for the overall, high-quality completion of projects from start to finish, including managing day-to-day project tasks. This involves ensuring daily site cleanliness and delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and the business owner.

Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, along with a high school diploma and strong communication skills. A full-time commitment from June to August is required, and while hands-on experience is preferred, comprehensive training will be provided for cleaning and painting tasks.
