Stepping back at the end of the job and saying: "Yeah... I did that" REQUIREMENTS: 1. A good attitude "Hire for attitude, train for skill" 2. Willing to work 40-50hrs/week in the summer 3. Marketing 1-2 times a week for 3hrs at a time. 4. Attention to detail 5. Individual access to a vehicle is a HUGE plus 6. Open to LEARN and EARN PAY: Painter: $17.25+/hr BONUSES AVAILABLE (work hard get rewarded)
