We’re looking for two Account Executives who are energized by our mission, and eager to deliver our solutions to public and private sector markets. The Opportunity As an Account Executive at BlueDot, you will own the full sales cycle for new business. You'll deliver our outbreak intelligence platform to the following audiences: Global security operations centers (GSOCs) and occupational health & safety teams responsible for protecting employees, business assets, and global operations (enterprise to mid-market level) Life sciences companies with products aimed at preventing and controlling outbreaks (manufacturers of vaccines, infectious disease therapeutics and diagnostics, disinfectants etc.) Infectious disease surveillance and intelligence teams at public health agencies responsible for protecting their communities from dangerous outbreaks (national to sub-national level) This is a quota-carrying role with significant earning potential and the opportunity to meaningfully impact the lives of people around the world with leading-edge scientific and technological innovations. What You'll Be Doing Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, building and managing a healthy sales pipeline Exciting target users by delivering compelling product demos and organizational buyers with high-value business cases Efficiently qualifying and moving prospects through the sales funnel, tracking key metrics throughout to understand and optimize deal velocity, conversion rates, and revenue generation Navigating public and private sector procurement processes including budgeting cycles and RFPs Negotiating pricing and contract terms to maximize customer value and company revenue Collaborating with our Product and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from first interaction through renewal Collaborating with our Surveillance and Epidemiology teams to align go-to-market efforts with global outbreaks, emergencies, mass gatherings, and notable infectious disease trends Travelling to and representing BlueDot at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities Staying current on market trends in enterprise risk management, occupational health and safety, pharma-life sciences, and public health to speak credibly to prospective customers' challenges and opportunities What We're Looking For About 5 years of experience selling annual or multi-year recurring SaaS/DaaS subscriptions, with a strong track record of achieving and ideally exceeding sales quotas Experience selling to government and navigating public sector procurement (national to sub-national level) Experience selling to enterprise/mid-market businesses, ideally into Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs), occupational health and safety teams, and other risk management business units Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers at the Director, VP, and C-level Strong communication/negotiation skills, translating complex product capabilities into clear business value Curious, organized, and self-motivated, able to manage a full-cycle pipeline independently Comfortable adapting in a fast-growing, dynamic environment Passionate about contributing to a healthier, safer, and more resilient world through scientific and technological innovation
