If you have previous customer service, sales, or property management experience, we’d love to hear from you! ___________________________________________________________ Location: Spruce Ridge Estates (SW Calgary) Main Requirement Must live on site (60% rental discount) Valid Class 5 driver's license and own vehicle required Responsibilities Applicant must love people, be versatile, hands-on with cleaning and maintenance tasks and take ownership of the site Successful applicants must have a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings and weekends Collect rent and follow up on defaults Inspections of vacant and upcoming suites Lease and show suites Annual suite inspections Prepare and deliver bank deposits Ensure contractors arrive as per scheduled timelines and complete their work per conditions of the contract Assist with snow removal, cleaning, and touch-up painting as required Complete other tasks as assigned Experience And Educational Requirements 2 years customer service experience required Post-Secondary education in related field is an asset Technical Requirements Computer experience is required with web based programs preferred Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology Familiarity with technology is an asset Non-Technical Requirements Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtained Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting Ability to maneuver or lift up to 10kg with the proper equipment Posting for bwalk.com ___________________________________________________________ Interested applicants are invited to submit a cover letter and resume. The Resident Manager is responsible for site operations, including rent collection, leasing suites, and conducting inspections. They also handle basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and coordinating with contractors.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer service experience and a valid Class 5 driver's license with a vehicle. Post-secondary education is an asset, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and climbing is required.
