Characterize planned and unplanned work (NCR, BOI, Snags, Workbooks) - duration, zone, jobs activities, sequence, milestones. Support Manufacturing Leaders to achieve daily targets. Monitor daily manufacturing issues to secure production schedule (Shortage, disposition and documentation follow-up reviews). Support Manufacturing Leader and team leaders to perform daily detailed scheduling. Track documentation according to aircraft manufacturing progress. Perform cycle time impact analysis based on production issues. Produce daily production schedule (Chart). Responsible to maintain aircraft schedule and optimize overall schedule. Drive Schedule reviews meetings with upper management. Identify and participate in improvement projects. How to thrive in this role? You have a college or university degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. You have a global vision of the business. You are customer oriented (production and support function). You are comfortable in a production environment. You have an analytical mind and are comfortable presenting to senior management. You are dynamic and a team player. You show leadership and enjoy taking on challenges. You show patience, perseverance and curiosity. You use MS Project to monitor your planning. You use Excel as needed for summary analyzes. You have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. You are proficient in the French language, both oral and written, and you have a good knowledge of the English language. The Aircraft Coordinator is responsible for managing planned and unplanned manufacturing work, maintaining aircraft schedules, and optimizing production flow. They support manufacturing leaders in achieving daily targets and drive schedule review meetings with upper management.

Candidates must have a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in both French and English, along with skill in MS Project and Excel, is required.
