By joining the Organizational Learning team, you will act as a strategic partner supporting the development of quality-related competencies in manufacturing. You will work closely with Quality, Production, Methods, and Health & Safety teams to deliver learning solutions that promote compliance, operational excellence, and the achievement of manufacturing objectives. What are your contributions to the team? Proactively participate in the analysis of quality training needs and the identification of appropriate learning approaches and content. Develop, maintain, and update technical training materials related to quality processes, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Design hands-on activities, application exercises, and simulations that promote effective knowledge transfer in the workplace. Develop training classrooms and learning environments required for the delivery of training programs. Facilitate and deliver training sessions in classrooms, workshops, and on the production floor. Support the onboarding of new Quality Agents by promoting compliance requirements and a strong quality culture. Act as an advisor and subject matter expert by providing the required expertise to support the resolution of operational quality-related issues. Coach employees and managers through feedback and development activities to enhance competencies and performance. Identify continuous improvement opportunities related to learning effectiveness and quality performance, develop action plans, and ensure follow-up with stakeholders. How to thrive in this role? You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality environment within the aerospace or manufacturing industry. You hold a vocational diploma (DEP), college diploma (DEC), or equivalent education in a manufacturing or quality-related field. You have a strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes. You have experience in learning and development, adult education, coaching, or knowledge transfer. You demonstrate excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills. You are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. You adapt easily to change and have a strong problem-solving mindset. You possess excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. You are proficient with Microsoft 365 and other computer applications. You are bilingual in French and English.
