We are seeking an experienced and motivated *Property Manager* to oversee a residential portfolio in *London, Ontario*. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, hands-on professional who takes ownership of their responsibilities and is comfortable working independently. We are looking for a self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of residential properties with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the portfolio, maintaining positive relationships with residents, coordinating maintenance and repairs, responding to tenant concerns, monitoring property conditions, and ensuring that buildings are well maintained. The role will also involve assisting with leasing, vacancies, move-ins and move-outs, maintaining accurate property records and documentation, and ensuring company policies and applicable residential tenancy requirements are followed. Previous property management or residential property experience is preferred. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Knowledge of Ontario's residential tenancy requirements is considered an asset.
