Regional Director of Operations

Our client is a growing Food/Bev Manufacturing and Distribution Company who’s looking to hire a talented Regional Director. This is an ON-SITE role that can be located in either Montreal or Toronto. This is a fun, stable, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture. Regional Director: Must have strong experience in Sales Management in Wholesale Food/Bev Must be bilingual in French/English Must have a minimum 7+ years of experience in food/bev manufacturing or distribution Will be managing 5 distribution centers and will cover sales, operations (warehouse and fleet), and administration in 40-50K square foot facilities Experience managing multiple sites is preferable Manages all branch activities in conjunction with GM’s, and will have full P&L responsibility Must be comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time Salary likely $150k-$170k CAD + 30% bonus, car allowance, benefits, PTO Our client is healthy and growing in Canada. The Regional Director will manage five distribution centers, overseeing sales, warehouse operations, fleet, and administration. They will work with General Managers and hold full P&L responsibility for all branch activities.

Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in food/beverage manufacturing or distribution and be bilingual in French and English. Strong sales management experience in wholesale and the ability to travel up to 30% are required.
