We are looking for The ideal candidate will have 3 – 6 years experience from a private law firm, solid drafting skills and experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, regulatory compliance and securities. Public company experience required with broad transactional experience an asset. The candidate must be a team player with strong analytical, personal, oral and written communication skills.
