We are looking for The ideal candidate will have 3 – 6 years experience from a private law firm, solid drafting skills and experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, regulatory compliance and securities. Public company experience required with broad transactional experience an asset. The candidate must be a team player with strong analytical, personal, oral and written communication skills. The associate will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-value legal advice on corporate and capital markets transactions. Responsibilities include advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Candidates must have 3 to 6 years of experience from a private law firm with solid drafting skills. Public company experience is required, along with strong analytical and communication abilities.
