Together, we can help Canadians feel confident about money. About the Role: Borrowell is looking for a Sr. Partnerships Manager to play a key role in supporting Borrowell's growth in 2026 and beyond. Reporting to the Lead, Partnerships this role will be responsible for relationship management and collaborating directly with current and new partners. You will have the opportunity to tap into customer insights, existing partner data and industry insights to identify new partners, and execute unique projects. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day partnership relations and communication Identify, negotiate, and close partner proposals that align with Borrowell's growth goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop joint marketing campaigns, product integrations, and go-to-market strategies Represent the Borrowell brand in external meetings, conferences, and industry events Own partner performance reporting, KPI tracking, and forecasting on a day to day basis Requirements Experience: 5+ years experience with roles that may include customer success, account management, and business development Strong experience in contract negotiation, strategic planning, and cross-functional project leadership Deep analytical skills and experience using CRM systems, dashboards, and partner performance data Excellence in proposing creative solutions to challenging problems Passion for experimentation and new ideas Strong organizational skills and independent time manager Detail oriented and comfortable building out scalable processes Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills You're excited by the possibility of pushing technology to find new ways of delivering financial services Nice to Haves: Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in the FinTech industry or Financial Services Experience scaling partnerships for a startup Benefits The Opportunity - join and have a major impact at a growing company that is helping make financial stability possible for everybody Comprehensive Health Benefits - medical, dental, vision, and paramedical health benefits for you and your family, with extra yearly coverage for psychotherapists and massage therapists Additional Health Benefits - virtual benefit offering that allows you to connect 24/7 with nurses, doctors and mental health professionals Flexibility - flexible working hours and a flexible vacation policy We are remote-first across Canada with an office in Toronto. This posting represents a current and active vacancy within our organization. The budgeted annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to 170,000 CAD. Starting pay is determined by the candidate's relevant experience and skills.
