Clean-Up Labourers

Boucher Bros Lumber Ltd. is a family-owned Sawmill, located just northwest of Nampa Alberta. Boucher Bros Lumber is seeking individuals to fill roles as Sawmill Clean-Up. Roles will involve activities such as sawdust clean up, working in close proximity to machinery, and other labour-intensive tasks. The Clean-up role is an incredibly vital role to our sawmill; it requires a positive attitude, a team focused approach, and a desire to lead through ones hard-work and positive team spirit. This position is eligible for Overtime, Production Bonus, and all other Group benefits once the applicable waiting periods have been achieved. Safety is very important to Boucher Bros. Lumber Ltd. and as such the successful candidate will be expected to adhere to company policies and procedures, and to be proactive in identifying and reporting potential hazards. Hours of Work: Fulltime The position requires shift work (Day and night 2 week rotation). Qualifications: Valid Drivers License Physically Fit Team player but also possess the ability to work alone. High level of integrity and work ethic. Strong attention to detail. Written and Oral communication skills in English and/or French. Excellent time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to document tasks. Bondable Education and Experience: High school diploma preferred but not required. Other Requirements: Flexibility to shift schedule both Day or Night. The Clean-Up Labourers will be responsible for sawdust clean-up and other labour-intensive tasks in close proximity to machinery. This role is vital to the sawmill's operations and requires a positive attitude and teamwork.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be physically fit, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. A high school diploma is preferred but not required, and candidates should be able to communicate effectively in English and/or French.
