WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for processing product orders placed on the company website. To complete your work efficiently and professionally, you will need to: Read and reply to emails from related departments in order to process online orders; Identify, pull and prep ordered products—remove hangers, check each item for quality and cleanliness, remove security devices, place protected labels on products that need them and remove sales labels as needed; Order missing products and check, pack and ship orders via our computer system (we’ll show you how during your training!); Receive and validate products sent by other stores to complete orders; Prepare the supply order each week; Keep your work area clean and tidy; Respect and follow the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!); Perform other duties where needed to support your team.
