博雅数学助教 工作地点： 本部：Unit 203, 716 Gordon Baker Road, Toronto, ON M2H 3B4 JA 校区：2454 Bayview Ave, Toronto, ON M2L 1A6 职位类型：兼职（Part-time） 关于我们 博雅数学是扎根多伦多的小班数学思维课堂，面向 1–5 年级学生。我们采用 Beast Academy（AoPS 出品）等优质教材，以最多 4 人的小班形式，帮助孩子建立数学思维、学会表达推理过程、发现数学的乐趣。 我们不是补习班，不搞题海——我们相信好的数学教育应该有温度、有深度。 数学助教 / Teaching Assistant 薪酬：$18–25 CAD/小时（根据经验和表现定级） 岗位职责 协助主讲教师进行课堂管理，关注每位学生的学习状态 辅导学生完成课堂练习，解答疑问，给予即时反馈 协助批改作业、整理教学材料 参与教师培训，熟悉教材与教学流程 任职要求 理科或工科相关专业，本科在读或以上学历 在加拿大就读或获得过本科及以上学位 英语流利（加拿大本科学历或雅思 6.5 分以上） 有耐心、有亲和力，喜欢与儿童互动 能够在以上两个校区之一到岗 优先条件 有辅导或教授儿童数学的经验 表现优秀的助教有机会晋升为主讲教师 入职安排 录用后需参加教师培训并通过考核 九月正式开始排课 表现优秀者有机会转为全职主讲老师 申请方式 请将简历发送至 info@bysx.ca，邮件标题请注明「应聘数学教师」或「应聘数学助教」。

Assist lead teachers with classroom management and provide immediate feedback and guidance to students during exercises. Support the grading of assignments and the organization of teaching materials.

Requires a background in science or engineering with at least an undergraduate degree and fluency in English. Candidates must be patient, enjoy working with children, and be able to work at the specified Toronto locations.
