The Junior Estimator/Parts Coordinator’s primary responsibility is managing the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. The Parts Coordinator verifies the accuracy and quality of parts received in a timely manner as per the production schedule. Key Job Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. Work with vendors to order and receive all parts, in a timely manner Enter all parts invoices into our Information System Label, track and organize all parts accordingly Communicate all Parts Price Changes to all required team members. Manage all part returns and ensure credits are received Ensure invoices and credit memos are posted and filed/scanned, in a timely manner Write accurate estimates for the damage of vehicle and repairs to be completed Maintain a clean and organized parts area Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS. Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job High School Diploma 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus) Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Experience with Car-part, Progi, APU, or similar parts systems Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Working knowledge of vehicle repairs practices Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of Google platform Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Excellent organizational skills Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc. Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools Lift in excess of 50 lbs. of materials Valid driver’s license required Please note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
