More Specifically, You Will Have The Opportunity To Lead the financial activities of our Quebec offices and support their overall financial performance. Produce, analyze, and present clear, relevant, and actionable financial results. Act as a financial business partner to managers, turning financial data into concrete recommendations that support sound business decisions. Closely monitor work in progress (WIP) and actively contribute to improving project profitability. Work closely with Project Controllers, managers, and operational teams across Canada. Play an active role in month-end financial close, variance analysis, and the identification of opportunities for improvement. Strengthen financial controls, processes, and management practices to make them simpler, more efficient, and more effective. Identify and drive opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation. Contribute directly to building a stronger, more consistent, and forward-looking national Finance function. The profile we are looking for CPA designation required. Significant experience as a Financial Controller or in a comparable financial leadership role. Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience working with an ERP system. Excellent command of both French and English.* Experience in a professional services environment, ideally within consulting engineering, architecture, or another project-based organization where work in progress (WIP) and project profitability are key components of financial management. Proficiency in English is essential due to our shared services model and the need to maintain an appropriate ratio of bilingual employees in certain positions to ensure effective coordination and service delivery across the organization.
