BPA is seeking an experienced professional for a strategic mandate with Pratt & Whitney Canada. The selected candidate will work directly on-site at usine de St-Hubert , managing industrial projects related to building systems, equipment, and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Identify, analyze, and justify operational needs. Manage a portfolio of large-scale industrial projects. Plan and coordinate all phases of project execution. Research, recommend, and coordinate equipment acquisition. Support equipment installation, integration, and commissioning. Monitor work progress and ensure compliance on the shop floor. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Perform operational and financial follow-ups (including forecasts). Desired Profile Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience in managing industrial/manufacturing projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment. Proficiency in Lean principles and continuous improvement practices. Ability to prepare business cases and manage budgets/forecasts. Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders. Collaborative leadership style with strong results orientation. Asset: experience in aerospace or manufacturing ramp-up environments.
